Shared Collection Service Bus (SCSB)

SCSB (pronounced scuzee-bee) is a platform that would allow to store ReCAP data from partners (New York Public Library, Princeton University and Columbia University) metadata from partner institutions and allow seamless integration between their library systems with ReCAP's the backend archival system to enable borrowing of their own items as well as cross-partner borrowing of recordsitems. It also features a matching algorithm to identify and designate a single copy among multiple as 'Shared' as per ReCAP the partners' agreement.
