3) DB Changes:

             Added alter script for Request_item_t to add new column 'IS_GFA_STATUS_SCH' as flag to mark if the Request is place on first scan.

            Added insert script for Request_item_status_t for a new status 'REQUESTS PLACED ON SCH'  which will used display requests on this scenario in the Request Screen.
