Encapsulate Institutions
Both partner institutions and library archive services are encapsulated using Java abstract interfaces and allowed higher-level operations institution-agnostic. All hard coded references to the specific institutions are cleaned up. Now we can add new institutions and integrate new archival systems to SCSB system without modifying any code.
