SCSB UI provides certain basic reporting functionalities under the Reports tab. This would may be used by both partner’s library staff and the ReCAP repository staff to keep a tab on movement of items as part of circulation and cataloging. The Reports tab is not protected and will be available for all users of the SCSB system.
Clicking on the Reports tab would open up opens a page where the user would be expected to may select the type of report. Currently, SCSB provides users with reports on Request, Accession/Deaccession, item count under each Collection Group Designation, Incomplete Records, Request Exceptions, Transactions, Submit Collection Exceptions, and Accession Exceptions.
