Reports

SCSB UI provides certain basic reporting functionalities under the Reports tab. This may be used by both library staff and repository staff to keep a tab on movement of items as part of circulation and cataloging. The Reports tab is available for all users of the SCSB system.

Clicking on the Reports tab opens a page where the user may select the type of report. Currently, SCSB provides users with reports on Request, Accession/Deaccession, item count under each Collection Group Designation, Incomplete Records, Request Exceptions, Transactions, Submit Collection Exceptions, and Accession Exceptions.
