Title Match Report generates the report of ‘Matched’ Titles and ‘Not Matched’ Titles to find Duplicates Items in SCSB. User can extract either of these two reports based on the selection. Title Match Report is found under the ‘Reports’ tab and User is presented with options to select from and generate this report.

Once User clicks ‘Generate Report’ , if ‘Matched’ Title was selected, the Summary Report looks shows the column headings as ‘Owning Institution’ and all the CGD Statuses -Committed, Shared, Open, Uncommittable, and Private.

Preview of the report can also be viewed which will display first 100 records and in detailed format showing Owning Institution, Bib id, SCSB id, Item Barcode, CGD, ISBN, LCCN, CGD, Duplicate Code, and Accession Date.
