Title Match Report

Title Match Report generates the report of ‘Matched’ Titles and ‘Not Matched’ Titles to find Duplicates Items in SCSB. User can extract either of these two reports based on the selection. Title Match Report is found under the ‘Reports’ tab and User is presented with options to select from and generate this report.

Once User clicks ‘Generate Report’ , if ‘Matched’ Title was selected, the Summary Report looks shows the column headings as ‘Owning Institution’ and all the CGD Statuses -Committed, Shared, Open, Uncommittable, and Private.

Preview of the report can also be viewed which will display records in detailed format showing Owning Institution, Bib id, SCSB id, Item Barcode, CGD, ISBN, LCCN, ISSN, Title, Matching Identifier, Anomaly Flag, Match Score, Match Score Translated, Publisher, and Publication Date.

This report is downloadable through the button ‘Export Report to csv’ at the bottom. Report is downloaded in csv format as shown below.
