Observations
- A lot of error messages are duplicated across projects. This is because the source code was moved across projects. 
- Not all error messages are part of the SCSB UI. Some are responses to SCSB APIs.
- There are other error messages that are hardcoded as part of the source code which are not currently included here.

Database may be empty or Bib table does not contains this record.

When the items are not indexed. Happened once in early stages of SCSB. May not happen again

Server is down for maintenance. Try again later.

Check facets. At least one Bib Facet and one Item Facet must be checked to get results.

When using Facets on Search tab when no facets are selected, when only bib facet(s) are selected, when only item facet(s) selected.
