3) DB Changes:

            The DB underwent the below changes as part of different releases.

  1. RECAP-69 - Added CUSTOMER_CODE_T and ITEM_CHANGE_LOG_T table
  2. RECAP-338 - Added USER_T, ROLES_T, USER_ROLE_T, PERMISSIONS_T and ROLE_PERMISSION_T tables
  3. RECAP-358 - Updated customer code mapping in CUSTOMER_CODE_T table.
  4. RECAP-43, RECAP-42 - Added CATALOGING_STATUS column to the table BIBLIOGRAPHIC_T and ITEM_T table.
  5. RECAP-259 - Increased the column size of CRITERIA_VALUE to 500 in MATCHING_MATCHPOINTS_T table.
  6. RECAP-366 - Removed HOLD record from REQUEST_TYPE_T table
  7. RECAP-350, RECAP-359 - Added Auto Increment to PERMISSION_T and ROLES_T table
  8. RECAP-435 - Added view  MATCHING_INSTBIB_V
  9. RECAP-419 - Added  columns CREATED_DATE, CREATED_BY, LAST_UPDATED_DATE, LAST_UPDATED_BY to the table USER_T.
  10. RECAP-443 - Dropped view MATCHING_INSTBIB_V and added table MATCHING_BIB_INFO_DETAIL_T
  11. RECAP-369 - Added table REQUEST_INST_BIB_T

  12. RECAP-471 - Dropped column EMAIL_ID from table REQUEST_ITEM_T, Added column NOTES to the table REQUEST_ITEM_T, Modified the insert statement for table REQUEST_ITEM_STATUS_T.

  13. RECAP-479 - Increased PERMISSION_NAME column size in table PERMISSION_T and updated the permission name and roles name.

  14. RECAP-523 - Added insert scripts to the customer_code_t table.
  15. RECAP-621 - Update the customer codes in CUSTOMER_CODE_T table and added PWD_DELIVERY_RESTRICTIONS and recap_delivery_restrictions in CUSTOMER_CODE_T table.
  16. RECAP-622 - Modified column name from RECORD_NUM to LATEST_RECORD_NUM in MATCHING_BIB_INFO_DETAIL_T table.
  17. RECAP-627 - Update the customer codes in CUSTOMER_CODE_T table.
  18. RECAP-637 - Updated role name from "Search Request" to "Request" in ROLES_T table.
  19. RECAP-621 - Update the values in CUSTOMER_CODE_T table
  20. RECAP-640 - Added JOB_T table to include batch jobs.
  21. RECAP-679 - New Column for CUSTOMER_CODE_T, Insert data for CUSTOMER_CODE_T & insert data for REQUEST_ITEM_STATUS_T.

  22.  RECAP-538 - Inserted record to JOB_T for Daily reconciliation

  23. RECAP-685 - Inserted record to REQUEST_ITEM_STATUS_T for request initial load

  24. RECAP-729 - Updated record in table CUSTOMER_CODE_T where description is 'Firestone Library'

  25. RECAP-797 - Added "View and print reports" permission to "Search"
  26. RECAP-735 - Added DELETED_RECORDS_T table to capture all deleted records from transaction tables
  27. RECAP-727 - Added job for Status Reconcilation report

4) Solr Changes:

           The Solr instance of SCSB underwent the following changes

  1. RECAP-43, RECAP-42 - Added BibCatalogingStatus to Bib document and ItemCatalogingStatus to Item document
  2. RECAP-415 - Added BibHoldingLastUpdatedDate, BibItemLastUpdatedDate to Bib document
  3. Upgraded Solr to the latest version - Solr 6.5.0

           

This production release is a culmination of all tasks that were part of the previous SCSB version releases and SCSB version 0.9.24.
