Transactions Reports generates the report of all the transactions happened between one to one, one to many, many to one and many to many Institutions for a period of time. Clicking on ‘Transactions' radio button, User is presented with a number of criteria to select from- Borrowing Institution, Owning Institution, Type of Use where User can pick the Institution(s) and then selects the Date range to Generate Report. This Report shows the transactions happened between ‘All four Institutions’.

 

 

Generated report presents Borrowing Institution horizontally and Owning Institution vertically. Physical requests results are shown together i.e. Retrieval and Recall and EDD results are shown separately. All requests are also categorized based on CGD (Collection group designation) status. Each number on this report is clickable and generates a detailed report.

 

 

Clicking on for eg. 6 number, CUL to HL, having Shared CGD status, transaction record with CGD status as ‘Shared’ generates the below report. This report is downloadable through the button ‘Export Report to csv’ at the bottom.

 

 

Report is downloaded in csv format as shown in Example Data below.

 

The Transactions report also have two options -Export Summary Report(csv) and Export Full Detailed Results(csv) to download the whole report in two formats.
